Artigiani

The Regional Law of Puglia No. 30 of August 6, 2021 concerning “Promotion and valorization of historical and traditional businesses of Puglia” supports commercial activities and artisanal businesses which have historical, artistical, architectonic and enviromental value and constitute the witness of history, art, culture and tradition of Regione Puglia by asking for the recognition of “Bottega Artigiana Storica” qualification and to be registered in the Register of Historical and Traditional Companies of Regione Puglia.

Article 5 of Regional Law of Puglia No. 26 of June 19, 2018 offers to 15-year-experience crafts at least the possibility of asking for the recognition of “Maestro Artigiano” qualification.
Minimum standards of “Maestro Artigiano” qualification includes crafts being owners or partners of craft workshop, regulary registered to Regione Puglia Local Register of Crafts, as long as they personally have took part or take part to the artisanal businesses companies.
